Ian Lodge broke a 30 match losing run going back to May 2006 by winning the October 2008 event at Ashford GC.
His 36 points off 13 beat newcomer Paul Tolley by 2 and 3rd placed Don Smith by 3.
Nearest The pin was won by another debutant, John Bloomfield whilst Tim Abbott won the Longest Drive competition.
Mick Nichols won the Twos Sweep whilst Mickey Webb won Most Golf Played, the first single figure winner since Phillipe Ward (5) in August 2007.
